Welcome to OneRemote ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the OneRemote mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

 

1. Use of the App

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Restrictions: You agree not to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

  • Use the App in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App.

 

2. Subscriptions

• Auto-Renewal: Some features of the App may be available through auto-renewing subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each charge.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

• Free Trials: We may offer free trials for certain subscription services. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the applicable subscription fee.

 

3. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of OneRemote and its licensors.

• Trademarks: The OneRemote name and logo are trademarks of OneRemote, and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

 

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OneRemote shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

7. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
